![]() John Drury With a 24-year background in the study of human behavior, John has chosen a path to apply his passion in life, which is to work with individuals, small groups, couples and companies to support greater self-awareness, more meaningful relationships and dealing with life's transitions through coaching, facilitation and retreat experiences. During the past 6 years, John has done extensive personal work, as well as facilitation with groups such as YPO forums, Corporate Executive Teams, church groups, Wilderness Expeditions, Shadow Work, etc. He is a trained and Certified Shadow Work® Coach. John has added to these experiences other specialized training to provide a breadth of skills for any given situation. John resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is married to his wife Debbie for 29 years. He has two beautiful daughters, Lauren 23 and Jennie 21 years old. |
![]() Delynn Copley Delynn is a facilitator and executive coach who has worked in the field of adult learning and personal development seminars since 1984. She built and led a $15 million publishing division at CareerTrack, one of North America's largest training companies. She also served as CareerTrack's Curriculum Director. She has overseen the development of dozens of training programs, audio and video programs. She is a published author and has collaborated on several published works by other authors. Delynn leads YPO member and spouse forum retreats, midlife transition retreats for individuals, couples and small groups. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado Business School. She is married (16 years) with two children and has served on numerous non-profit boards. |

Working in retreat and seminar environments, Jim counsels and guides individuals and couples facing or contemplating midlife transitions. He has worked with over 1,300 CEOs and 200 spouses, exploring core-level life transformation in confidential retreat settings. Jim's book, Aspirations of Greatness: Mapping the Midlife Leader's Reconnection to Self and Soul, describes the journeys of eight high achievers. Their evolving stories bring to life the book's themes and models for helping leaders and their spouses redirect their lives toward sanity, connection and purpose. Jim and Judy Wells Warner have been married 28 years and rejoice in their three young adult children. They live in Boulder, Colorado. |
![]() Jeff Manchester In the mid-1980s Jeff left a Big "6" consulting firm to become co-founder of a highly successful computer consulting business. From 1988 through 1995, Jeff's business grew rapidly, recognized by Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing 500 Companies list in '92 & '94. He later sold his business to a large, multinational, computer consulting company. Jeff's passion is to work with individuals, small groups, couples, children and companies to support greater self-awareness and more meaningful relationships through, facilitation, mentoring and retreat experiences. Jeff is happily married to Toni and has a high school stepson, Chris, and a toddler boy, CJ. He's an active member of YPO, and was Chairman of the Florida Chapter. He and his family are heavily involved with the Family Resource Center, a shelter for homeless & abused children. |
![]() Kaley Warner Kaley is a facilitator and executive coach who has been working with transition and personal awareness since 1999. Kaley has prepared and delivered numerous group workshops and individual coaching sessions on communication. She worked for Deloitte as a management consultant providing strategic and operational advisory services to domestic and international clients. Kaley has been a member of the faculty of the acclaimed YPO Navigating Transitions: Reclaiming Your Greatness seminar and has guided both member and spouse forums throughout the world to deeper levels. Kaley also currently coaches individuals seeking deeper personal growth, awareness and guidance through challenging times. She studied at Stanford University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Masters in Sociology, focusing on Organizational behavior. |
![]() Jim Kochalka Jim Kochalka is a certified Forum training and facilitation resource. Using the skills gained as a consulting psychologist, Jim's professional practice focuses on relational development across a number of different settings. Jim works with high achieving couples that are at a crossroads in their marriage. He consults with senior management teams who are attempting to reach higher levels of cohesion and productivity. Jim provides assessment guidance in the selection of senior management candidates. He works with many smaller privately held companies and also provides services to large corporations, e.g., IBM, Lehman Brothers, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Jim holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Georgia State University. Born in Chicago in 1952, he now lives in Tampa, Florida. Jim was married in 1977 and has 3 boys who range from 4th grade to a college senior. |
